I enjoyed the convenient location close to Pinehurst and appreciated the solid breakfast options, including freshly made waffles. However, the room I stayed in had cleanliness issues which need attention for a better experience.

I loved the location right off hwy 1, making it easy to travel around the area.

The room’s condition was disappointing, with dirty carpets and unpleasant odors, which overshadowed my stay.

The staff really made my stay special. After a long journey, they greeted me with warm smiles and fresh cookies. It felt like home away from home.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was temperamental. Some nights were warmer than I’d like, interrupting my rest. A bit more attention to maintenance would help.

The bathrooms were atrocious with visible mold and long hairs everywhere, it was disgusting! ! The staff was unhelpful when we complained about the state of the room, and it felt like they could care less about our issues.

Sure it wasn’t expensive, but honestly, I would’ve paid more to avoid this mess.

We had a fun time exploring the local golf courses, especially Southern Pines Golf Club. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a hit with my teenagers—they loved the waffles and fresh fruit. The hotel's location made it easy to check out nearby activities.

The king room was spacious and had everything I needed—air conditioning, heating, an iron, and a nice TV. I enjoyed a hot shower with great water pressure. Breakfast had fresh waffles and fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. The lobby store was handy, too. The staff was super helpful with any requests. The outdoor pool was clean and a nice spot to unwind.

I enjoyed my stay with the convenient access to Martin Park just about 1.5 km away for a lovely stroll. Delicious nearby dining options like Rudino's Pizza just a few steps away could satisfy any craving after a day of exploring.

The King Room was decent, but the comfort level was off. The bed didn't feel great, and I had some trouble with humidity in the air. The cleanliness was questionable—I ran into some damp smells early on. I did like that they allow pets and the pool looked inviting, but overall it felt like it needed better maintenance and refreshing. Not the worst, but I've definitely seen better.
